We take pride in servicing Clients through commitment to deliver results timeously and within budget. Being a small business with limited internal resources, we target small but complex projects. In the case of larger projects, we can adequately extend our resource pool of Engineers and CAD technicians through our network.

Design-build clients

We have extensive experience with Contractor-led design-build projects, delivering winning bids and success through the build completion. We offer our clients 3D Tekla modelling for BIM collaboration from preliminary phase through to steel fabrication.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Tim Dubber has over 29 years of diverse and relevant structural engineering experience ranging a broad spectrum of project types and including complex and specialised fields of prestressed/post-tensioned design, composite steel-concrete design, long-span steel design and water-retaining structure design. His industrial experience includes the specialised design of bespoke structures such as Ethiopian Airlines 85m span arch hangar, Coca Cola Nairobi multi-floor bottling plant and Ethiopian Airlines 80,000 meals per day in-flight catering facility. His experience in liquid retaining structures includes the post tensioning design of Vlakfontein 220 Ml reservoir and 30 other major liquid containment structures in South Africa.
